Metamora Fields Golf Club
This class is designed to be a fun, interactive experience where every guy stays engaged. You’ll test movements together, compare results, challenge each other, and work through corrective drills as a group. The small class size keeps the energy high and the coaching personal, making each session both productive and enjoyable.
Tom Wolff is a TPI Certified Instructor, trained to evaluate movement patterns and build personalized programs through the TPI app.
A 4‑week, movement‑first program designed to identify limitations, improve mobility and stability, and build a personalized training plan through the TPI app.

If fewer than 4 men register, a modified small‑group option or a 1‑on‑1 TPI screen session with 1 month review will be offered.
Each week we will cover up to 4 TPI movement screens, with the goal of completing the full TPI screen over the 4‑week semester. Every participant receives a customized training program delivered through the TPI app.
